PADI DIVEMASTER COURSE
DIVEMASTER is the first step on the professional ladder. Through workshops and practical exercises, you’ll level-up your scuba skills and learn how to supervise and organize diving activities.
Divemaster jobs include: assisting with classes, leading guided dives, and working at dive centers.

- Being Rescue Diver with at least 40 logged dives, in possession of CPR and First Aid certification within 24 months

PADI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR COURSE
Padi Assistant Instructor course is the first part of the Padi Instructor Development Course (IDC).
Thanks to Assistant Instructor course, you will increase your personal abilities, your skills in organizing and supervising underwater activities, both didactic and recreational. You will begin to develop your teaching skills following the PADI training system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Being certified PADI Divemaster or equivalent
- Present min 60 logged dives
- Being in possession of EFR (CPR and First Aid) certification within the past 24 months
- Being medically fit for diving, present a Physician Evaluation
- Min age 18 year old
With PADI ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR course you will be able to conduct classroom and confined water lessons and evaluate the surface exercises of the PADI Open Water Diver courses under the direct supervision of a PADI Instructor. You can also teach some specialty courses and conduct the Discover Scuba Diving experience and PADI Seal Team for kids.
By completing the Assistant Instructor course, the Open Water Scuba Instructor course and passing an Instructor Examination (IE), you can become a PADI Instructor.
PADI open water diver INSTRUCTOR COURSE– idc
The Instructor Development Course (IDC) is made up of two parts – the Assistant Instructor (AI) course and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) program. Most dive professionals complete the entire IDC and go on to attend an Instructor Examination (IE), which is the final step to earn a PADI Instructor certification.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Being certified PADI Divemaster or equivalent
- Present min 60 logged dives and 100 dives to attend Instructor Examination (IE)
- Being in possession of EFR (CPR and First Aid) certification within the past 24 months
- Being medically fit for diving, present a Physician Evaluation
- Min age 18 year old
The IDC teaches you to conduct all PADI core courses. You’ll be able to organize and present information, conduct skill development sessions and control open water dives.
An EFR Instructor rating is required to become a PADI Instructor. You can complete or refresh this training during your PADI Instructor training.

SPECIALTY INSTRUCTOR

There are 25+ standard PADI Specialty Diver courses to choose from.
Specialty instructor courses provide teaching tips and hands-on experience that you can implement right away. All PADI Instructors will benefit from taking specialty instructor training courses, especially those who are ready to step up to the Master Scuba Diver™ Trainer (MSDT) rating, which requires at least five PADI Specialty Instructor certifications.

- Being certified PADI Divemaster
- Being a PADI Assistant Instructors
- Being a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or a candidate in training
- Being medically fit for diving, present a Physician Evaluation
